The business of the meeting will be quickly accomplished, followed by tea and chat and, this year, a honey tasting session. The idea is that those with honey bring a pot with small amount in it, but no label; Esther will put a number on the bottom and take your name. After the meeting, everyone will have the opportunity of collecting a group of spatulas and tasting each honey and deciding which they like best. Esther will do a quick calculation and announce which honey was most popular.
